Terje works with organization and leadership development. He has long experience developing and conducting programs for various Norwegian and international companies. Terje has taught at BI Norwegian Business School & the University of Oslo (UiO) in subjects such as organization and management, and change management.
He holds majors in pedagogy, sociology and psychology, with additional studies in mathematics at the University of Bergen and UiO. Terje has also completed a program in Strategic Human Resourcing at UCLA and is an authorized user of the JTI, Team Compass and LIFO tools.
