Thorvald works with organisational development and analysis. He has a background as a footballer where he gained experience with complex team dynamics and strategic thinking. He has an analytical head, and likes to help identify and develop relational skills where teams will deliver on common goals.
Thorvald holds a master's degree in organization, management and work from the University of Oslo, as well as a bachelor's degree in international studies from the University of Oslo.
