Thorvald works in organizational development and analysis. He is a former football player with experience in complex team dynamics and strategic thinking. He has an analytical mindset and enjoys helping teams develop relational skills to achieve shared goals.
Thorvald holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership and work, as well as a bachelor’s degree in international studies, both from the University of Oslo.
