Iselin is an intern at Varde Hartmark in autumn 2026, with a particular interest in strategy and leadership. She previously spent two years in auditing in Oslo and worked as a Business Development Consultant in Copenhagen within ESG. This autumn she hopes to take part in client projects and work operationally, while following experienced colleagues closely across processes.
Iselin is completing a master's in Organisational Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Copenhagen Business School, and holds a bachelor's in organisational psychology, HR and leadership from BI Norwegian Business School.
