Andy works as a coach and leadership developer, and has international experience as both HR Director and Consultant. He has led international merger processes, implemented and implemented numerous development and change programs, and been instrumental in launching new products and services.
Andy has a pragmatic approach to leadership development that draws on gestalt psychology and his experience from working with people in different situations characterized by uncertainty.
